From US-45 South: Merge onto US-78 toward Memphis. Take Exit 85-Natchez Trace Parkway. Turn left (toward Jackson, MS) onto the Natchez Trace. Take the MS-6/W. Main Street exit off the Trace & drive west on MS-6/W. Main Street. Turn left on Rutherford Road. Take first right, which is the Ballard Park parking lot. The Museum is located at the back of the parking lot on the left.

From US-45 North: Take the Eason Blvd Exit & drive West. Eason will turn into Cliff Gookin Blvd after passing S. Gloster St. Take Cliff Gookin Blvd. to W. Main Street and turn right. Turn right on Rutherford Road, then turn into the first parking lot on the right.

From US-78: Take Exit 85-Natchez Trace Parkway. Drive south (toward Jackson, MS) on the Natchez Trace. Take the MS-6/W. Main Street exit off the Trace & drive west on MS-6/W. Main Street. Turn left on Rutherford Road, then turn into the first parking lot on the right.
